Fine-grained view on bribery for group identification

چکیده
Abstract Given a set of agents qualifying or disqualifying each other, group identification is the task identifying socially qualified subgroup agents. Social qualification depends on specific rule used to aggregate individual qualifications . The classical bribery problem in this context asks how many need change their order outcome certain way. Complementing previous results showing polynomial-time solvability NP-hardness for various social rules constructive (aiming at making qualified) destructive disqualified) setting, we provide comprehensive picture parameterized computational complexity landscape. Conceptually, also consider more fine-grained concept cost, where ask single be changed, nonunit prices different actions, and general goal that combines setting.

Topic Identification for Fine-Grained Opinion Analysis
Within the area of general-purpose finegrained subjectivity analysis, opinion topic identification has, to date, received little attention due to both the difficulty of the task and the lack of appropriately annotated resources. In this paper, we provide an operational definition of opinion topic and present an algorithm for opinion topic identification that, following our new definition, treat...
متن کاملFine-grained Opinion Topic and Polarity Identification
This paper presents OMINE, an opinion mining system which aims to identify concepts such as products and their attributes, and analyze their corresponding polarities. Our work pioneers at linking extracted topic terms with domain-specific concepts. Compared with previous work, taking advantage of ontological techniques, OMINE achieves 10% higher recall with the same level precision on the topic...
متن کاملUltra-Fine Grained Dual-Phase Steels
This paper provides an overview on obtaining low-carbon ultra-fine grained dual-phase steels through rapid intercritical annealing of cold-rolled sheet as improved materials for automotive applications. A laboratory processing route was designed that involves cold-rolling of a tempered martensite structure followed by a second tempering step to produce a fine grained aggregate of ferrite and ca...
متن کاملThe Complexity of Bribery and Control in Group Identification
The goal of this paper is to analyze the complexity of bribery and destructive control in the framework of group identification. Group identification applies to situations where a group of individuals try to determine who among them are socially qualified for a given task. We consider consent rules, the consensus-start-respecting rule, and the liberalstart-respecting rule.
متن کاملSigBox: Automatic Signature Generation Method for Fine-grained Traffic Identification
The continual appearance of new applications and their frequent updates emphasize the need for automatic signature generation. Although several automatic methods have been proposed, there are still limitations to their adoption in a real network environment in terms of automation, robustness, and elaboration. To address this issue, we propose an automatic signature generation method, so called ...
